30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

After Your Return is Accepted

  • Shipping Label & Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@mugbx.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing a justification. The same conditions apply:
